Shipping Information

Skye Lee laptop bags are available to everyone. We deliver all over the world; shipping is free within the continental U.S. but customers are responsible for postage outside the continental U.S. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, based on each country's shipping rates. We cannot predict what these charges will be, nor can we refund shipping costs on returned international orders.

Warranty, Repairs & Returns

We want you to be happy with your Skye Lee laptop bag. Bags purchased directly from this web site have a complete satisfaction guarantee. If at anytime within the first 7 days of receiving your bag you are unsatisfied, simply contact us for an exchange, repair or refund. Shipping charges on returned products cannot be refunded.

To return a product for any reason, simply send the product back to our returns location with a brief note as to the reason for the return. Also include your name, order number, or some other means of identifying your purchase. Please contact our Returns Department via email to obtain the return address at returns_dept@skyelee.com.

Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s), and the refund can only be in the form of PayPal (excluding shipping amount) with original packaging and tags. Don’t have a PayPal account? Sign up here.
